Location

The State of Colima is located in the west-central region of Mexico, sharing a border with the State of Jalisco to the north, east and west, the State of Michoacan to the southeast, and the Pacific Ocean to the south.

Two distant volcanoes, El Volcán de Fuego and El Nevado de Colima, add to the mystique of this ancient land. With geographical coordinates similar to those of Hawaii, the climate is tropical and the temperature ranges between 75°-85° Fahrenheit year-round. Wild forests, green mountains rising from the ocean’s edge, luminous lagoons, hidden caves, cliffs and beaches await discovery.
