The area where Condos del Sol and the five-star hotel are planned is currently home to one the most authentic seafood restaurant traditions in Manzanillo – Las Ramadas. Generations of Manzanillo residents have flocked to Las Ramadas to enjoy freshly caught seafood, prepared tableside.

Puerto Santiago seeks to retain this great heritage and, with the help of the State of Colima, will be relocating Las Ramadas vendors to a beach area that sits adjacent to the five-star hotel. As the floor plan and images show, we are converting Las Ramadas into a Mexican village. Preserving the charm of the decades-old Las Ramadas, we also added modernconveniences, easing the task of cooking for a growing community.
