Single Family Villas – H2U Zoning: The project has been approved for 236 single family villas with multiple floor plans ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet.
Single Family Grande Villas — HT Zoning: The project has been approved for 31 large single family villas with multiple floor plans ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet.
Multi-Family Residences – H2V Zoning: The project has been approved for one five-plus acre site located on the lagoon for high-density condominiums. There are also an additional six one-plus acre sites for high-density condominiums located on the high-end of the lagoon.
Condo/Hotels Lots 3 and 8 – TH3 Zoning: The project has been approved for two sites located on the beach of approximately five acres that can be used for condominium or hotel developments.
Commercial Sites 1-9 – MHC Zoning: The project has been approved for nine sites, with approximately two million square feet of multi-family and commercial retail space that will be the primary commercial zone in Puerto Santiago. Located directly on the lagoon, the primary shopping and dining areas compose the heart of the marina. Boutique shops, restaurants, and stores will anchor this area. Above and around the shops and restaurants, a variety of office and residential units will be developed.
